Orchard Primary School

For the first time ever, in accosiation with AMS, Muslim schools are coming together across the UK in sending a relief container filled with essential food items to needy families in Syria, insha’Allah. This incredible initiative brings together Muslim schools to support a common cause—helping those less fortunate.

This is a unique opportunity for students, along with their families, to get involved in a meaningful and impactful way. By participating in this initiative, students can contribute to a great cause, strengthening the values of compassion and community while making a real difference in the lives of those in need.

We are asking families to please donate non-perishable food items with a minimum shelf life of 6 months.

The following items are accepted: flour, rice, lentils, pasta, beans, oats, noodles, chickpeas, spaghetti, tinned soup, tinned fruit, tinned baby food, tinned food, tinned tomatoes, tinned plum tomatoes, biscuits, cereal, fava beans, and other non-perishable items.

There will be a table set up in the main hall where children can come in the morning or afternoon to drop off their contributions insha'Allah.

Important Note: We are not accepting sugar, tea bags, or baby milk.

This is a fantastic opportunity to show solidarity, strengthen our ties as a community, and work together to support those in desperate need. Let’s make this first-ever effort a success and create a lasting impact.
