Late collection fees

A number of children are being collected late after school and from after school activities (After School Clubs) on a regular basis. Parents are reminded to please collect children on time and if you are running late, that this is communicated to the admin office as soon as possible. If you are unable to collect your children on time, then please ensure other arrangements have been made to ensure your children are collected on time.

As dicussed in previous PTA meetings, we will be implementing a late collection fee for parents who are regularly late with after school collections. If children are collected after 3.05pm on 3 different occasions, this will result in a fine of £3.00. Continued late collection will result in a further £5.00 fine.

If you are running late or have a valid reason, please inform the office as soon as possible so that we are aware.

Children collected late from clubs will lose their space (again 3 warnings will be issued). No refund will be issued if the club was chargeable.
